1. Our Services

Sorted For You provides document submission and coordination services on behalf of clients for various government and administrative bodies in Gibraltar, including but not limited to:

  • GEA (Gibraltar Electricity Authority)

  • MOT booking and paperwork

  • Companies House filings

We do not represent any government body or guarantee approval of any application. Our role is limited to administrative assistance and liaison.


2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information and documentation.

  • Making required payments to relevant authorities and third-party contractors (e.g., electricians for EICRs).

  • Reviewing their submission details before final confirmation.

We are not liable for delays, rejections, or penalties resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.


3. Fees & Payments

Our service fees are listed clearly on our website and are separate from any government or third-party fees. Clients will be informed of any external charges (e.g., GEA application fee or EICR cost) prior to submission.

All payments must be made in full before submission begins unless otherwise arranged.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payments

  • Inability to proceed with your submission due to our fault

Once documentation has been submitted or work has commenced, no refunds will be given for change of mind, delay caused by external bodies, or incomplete client information.


5. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By using our services, you authorize Sorted For You to:

  • Submit your documentation to the relevant authority

  • Liaise with government departments and third-party providers (e.g., electrical contractors)

  • Communicate with these bodies as necessary to progress your application


6. Service Turnaround

While we aim to process most submissions within 1–3 working days, actual turnaround times depend on client responsiveness and external factors (e.g., public authority processing times, contractor availability).


7. Limitation of Liability

Sorted For You will not be liable for:

  • Application rejections by government departments

  • Delays outside our control

  • Errors caused by incorrect client information

Our total liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by the client.


8. Privacy & Data Protection

9. Governing Law
